I'm Irene and thrilled that you're here!

I'm here to help you feel more alive and rooted in your body through yoga and mindfulness meditation.

My mission is to encourage self-love and a connection with the wisdom of the body while at the same time inspire an inner journey of discovery and growth.

My yoga classes are infused with the teachings of mindfulness in order to bring a greater sense of presence and to find more depth and vibrancy on the mat as well as in everyday life.
