Here's the thing about Yoga: it works! Whether you're looking to improve flexibility and mobility while building strength, or increase your overall well-being finding a sense of inner peace, yoga offers tangible benefits that can transform your life.

I teach different styles of yoga, including vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative and chair/desk yoga, that cater to all types of yogis in different stages of their lives, incorporating all my experience of almost 15 years of practice and listening. You can expect some pranayama, breathing techniques, and a little mindfulness meditation in each session for a complete yogic experience.
